PRODUCT
*Products colors may differ mainly due to colour calibration of inpidual's computer and it might appear brighter/darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used.
*A difference of 0.5-1.0" between the item(s) received from what which was provided for in our given measurement may not be considered as a defect.
PAYMENT
Payment for orders can be made by FPX online banking, PayPal , credit card or debit card. Goods will only be dispatched upon receipt of full payment for the cost of purchase and delivery charges.
* At the moment we are still accepting offline payment (ATM TRANSFER). There will be no reservation, kindly email us at [email protected] for time extension and orders will be automatically be cancelled if payment is not received within this stipulated time frame. www.beautemori.com will not be accountable for the delays caused by insufficient payment details provided. Kindly provide payment receipt once payment made by ATM/Manual banking,we will not entertain any payment without ATM receipt/printscreen. Cancelled orders cannot be reserved and www.beautemori.com will not be held liable if the payment details are not provided for this time frame.
In the event where we're unable to verify payments, www.beautemori.com would require assistance of the customers to process the order as quickly as we can.
DELIVERY
* All orders are processed within 5-15 working days upon verification if payment.Estimate duration 3-7 business days for delivery. Our pick up service by courier services is carried out during working hours, Monday- Friday at 9:00AM - 6:00PM, excluding weekends and local public holiday (Malaysia). The delivery time mentioned above does not include processing time (normally 1-3 days), Kindly track your order with the relevant courier service company by using the tracking number which will be provided in your account at www.beautemori.com.

* www.beautemori.com is unable to make any amendment or combine orders which were separately made once they have been confirmed. Kindly ensure that the correct address,size and colours have been inputted prior to making payment.
All reasonable efforts to deliver your order will be made by www.beautemori.com However, customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to receive delivery and sign for the same. www.beautemori.com shall not be responsible for delivery being received by unauthorised persons. Any cost for re-delivery will be passed to the customer if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.
If for any reason www.beautemori.com is unable to dispatch goods within 14 days from date of order, www.beautemori.com will contact the customer and advise the expected dispatch date. Should this be unsuitable to the customer, www.beautemori.com will offer either a full refund of the monies paid or suggest an alternative product.
Any damage or loss to the goods during carriage or delivery to the nominated address of the customer will not be the responsibility of www.beautemori.com and there will be no refunds.
RETURN AND REFUND
If you are not satisfied with your purchase (wrong item/type/defect/etc), you can send it back to our warehouse. We guarantee that our products are delivered within 30 business days. The delivery time mentioned above does not include order processing time that usually varies from 1 to 3 days. If you have purchased any products on www.beautemori.com, but didn't receive it within the guaranteed delivery time, you can request to get a full refund from us.
* Returns must be made within 10 days after received the item.
* Item must be returned together with their original package.
Due to the fact that shipping time may vary depending on factors beyond on control. The estimated delivery time for orders on beautemori.com is 7-30 business days.
Full refund is not available if any circumstances as below:
* Your order did not arrive due to the unrecognized/wrong address that given during the order process.
* Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of www.beautemori.com (i.s. natural disaster, fight delay, not cleared by custom).
